Viola bow rehair $100

Cello bow rehair $130

Bass bow rehair  $150 Black

                            $180 White

Bridges

starting $120

Cutting and fitting bridges:  We have a selection of student bridges; (violin 1/2 size and down are $90). Conservatory bridges; and a large selection of professional bridges to suit the requirements of old and new instruments.  All bridges are select aged maple and are available in different makes and models.

Finger board Dressing

starting $95

From removing a few bumps to a complete dressing.  Pricing will vary depending on instrument (violin, etc.) and work needed.

Nut replacement or adjustment

starting $95

The nut is an important piece of ebony that supports the strings flow into the peg box.  When the nut grooves become too low; spacing between strings is not correct; grooves too narrow or too wide or deep; issues arise - this can lead to buzzes, no string clearance on the fingerboard, premature damage to strings, or strings snapping.

Eyelet replacement

starting $70

Bass eyelets on bows fail.  It is very important to have an eyelet taped properly to match the threads of the screw, then fit properly to the mortice and then set for a snug fit.  Cleaning extra.

Seams

starting $25

The weather, a bump or old glue can allow a seam to pop.  Please have an open seam repair right away.  Leaving a seam open for too long will add to the problem and cost.
