After many busy months of dismantling and reorganization, The Rococo Violin Shop has transformed back into a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 3774 sq. ft home, however, the main-floor Violin workshop remains open for business until we move.  This home is on a corner lot measuring a .25 of an acre. The stately front porch is great for all-season use and is very inviting.  Solid white oak floors throughout the main floor. The newer 10-year-old roof on the north-facing side; the concrete foundation was redone and wrapped in blue skin 2007, bright south facing newer kitchen w/stainless steel farmhouse sink, new bosch silent dishwasher and quartz countertops, upgraded bathrooms, new hot water tank, newer electrical sub panel, newer high efficient oil furnace, newer certified above ground oil tank (oil is less expensive than gas and more efficient), new flooring throughout the basement, and freshly painted.  The living room has a high-efficiency Regency wood-burning insert to cozy up during the winter months.  A great alternative heating source & wet certified  Dining and living rooms are large formal spaces, great for entertaining.
